Two teenagers, Adam and Teddy, in a small town at the end of a summer. Adam is the one with the ideas, deep in video games and internet grievance; Teddy is the one who goes along to see what happens. They buy a rifle — the security camera in the store watches them do it — and drive north toward the Arctic in a camper van with no plan. On the highway they come across a young couple, and Adam decides to have some fun with them. Khurana calls the pair boys-or-men throughout, and writes in short flat chapters alternating between the two heads. Based loosely on a real Canadian case.
